Liability
foreversummer.net is an on-line villa rental service operated by Forever Summer Vacations. By doing business and or transfer of funds the user agrees to the terms conditions and policies of Forever Summer Vacations. Forever Summer uses every effort to ensure that all rates photos and descriptions are accurate and up to date. In the event, however, of any error or omission Forever Summer shall not be held liable. Forever Summer reserves the right to correct any errors pending reservations made under an inaccurate price. Forever Summer acts as an agent to properties and assumes no responsibility for any damages or injuries occurred during any point during before or after the rental period.
Reservations
An initial deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due within 7 business days to secure your reservation. The final payment is due 60 days prior to your departure. If your booking is made within 90 days of your departure the full payment is due within 7 business days.
Rates
Villa rates may be subjected to an additional mandatory island hotel tax which differs from island to island and a damage deposit(which is refundable as long as there is no damage to the property on departure)
Cancellations
penalties for cancellations vary from destination to destination. All cancellations are subject to a minimum penalty of 30% of the rental costs. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of the rental the penalty is 100% of the rental cost. In the event of a cancellation to attempt to save our clients a total loss we can attempt to persuade the owner to allow a rebooking at a later date within one calendar year but this is no guarantee. We strongly advise trip insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen events.
Damage Deposits
Damage deposits will be returned to the client within 60 days after the rental is completed. Assuming that there is no damage and there is no alternate charges such as but not limited to long distance telephone fees, the full damage deposit will be refunded.
Pets
No pets are allowed in any of our properties unless given specific written permission by Forever Summer Vacations.
Smoking
Most villas that we offer are non-smoking villas. If you are a smoker please speak with one of our villa specialists to help you select a villa where smoking is permitted.
Proof of citizenship
Proof of citizenship is required in all destinations including the US virgin Islands. Only a government issued passport will be accepted.
Your arrival
Your flight number and time as well as your rent a car information is required 3 weeks prior to your arrival. If your flight is delayed or cancelled you are required to contact Forever Summer to inform us. Failure to do this will result in a $100 penalty. Monies will not be refunded for rental nights lost because of delays or cancellations of airline, rent a car or any unforeseen event en rote to your villa. You will be given the name and number of your on island contact prior to your arrival.
Parties and events
Please keep in mind that most of our villas are located in residential neighborhoods and loud parities are forbidden. If you desire to hold any event such as a wedding reception or any function in one of our properties this request must be submitted in writing. The event must be approved by Forever Summer prior to your arrival and depending on the risk additional damage deposit funds may be required.
Villa capacities
The number of persons allowed in each villa is strictly regulated to only the amount of persons that have paid for the villa prior to the rental date. The only exception to this rule is infants under 2 years old who will not occupy one of the villas bedrooms. If it is found that the client has misrepresented the amount of guests staying at a villa addition monies to pay for the excess occupancy will be due immediately or the client will be forced to vacate the property immediately without a refund of any funds.
Villa Substitutions
Forever Summer reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations in the event your villa should your villa be sold, deemed sub standard or mistakenly double booked. If no suitable replacement is found a full refund will be made.
Villa keys
Forever Summer Charges $40 for each set of damaged or lost villa key. When applicable Forever Summer charges $100 for each lost or damaged villa gate remote.
