Why choose a Villa over a Hotel?

Our villas offer an excellent alternative to Hotels. You will have full usage of a luxury home which in most cases will be much larger than the average hotel room.

We offer thousands of homes throughout the world. The floor plans, architecture and location differ from property to property giving you variety that is not matched by your basic 4 square hotel room

In most cases our villas will actually be less expensive than most hotels and you get much more for your money renting.

We are not a timeshare or Fractional ownership company. You travel when and where you want without membership fees...it?s that simple!

Can we customize our trip?

Yes!! Here at Forever Summer, we know that every guest is different. We don't sell "cookie-cutter" vacations because we'd rather work with each client to fulfill their individual vision of the perfect getaway experience. We'll help match you to the perfect property based on your priorities - whether you're looking for a beachfront setting, seclusion, convenience to downtown, a particular view or specific amenities. After we've helped you select the property that best matches your requirements, we'll help you plan activities, villa services and transportation to make your vision complete.

Can the villas be rented for just one night?

Unfortunately, no. We list our prices on a per night basis as a convenience to you but with very few exceptions our properties minimum rental time is 5 days in low season and 7 days in high season. During the Christmas and New Year?s time period the minimum rental time may be higher and this information will be on the individual villa page.

How far in advance should we book our villa?

The General rule of thumb is to book your villa at least 6 months in advance. Obviously circumstances in life may not permit this but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

How do we get to our villa once we have arrived on island?

This varies from island to island but Forever Summer guest services will arrange it for you. We will always have an on island contact person for you to make your arrival as smooth as possible

Are children welcome in your villas?

With only a few exceptions children are welcome in our properties. Our staff is here to help match the perfect villa to your needs. Most clients find it beneficial to travel with kids to our villas as opposed to traveling with them to hotels because it is easier to keep an eye on children in a large luxury home as opposed to a large resort setting.

How are the prices for the villas structured?

With just a few exceptions our villas are rented per bedroom with two persons to a bedroom. There are a some properties which regardless of how many guests or bedrooms require you to rent the entire property. Aside from the weekly rental costs other costs that should be factored into your budget are:

Island hotel tax

Each island has their specific hotel tax they charge for the rental of a villa or hotel room. This amount may vary from 5%-15% of the cost of the weekly rental

Luxury Caribbean Villa security Deposit

The deposit amount varies from villa to villa but more importantly it is not an actual cost since it is 100% refundable after your stay once there is no damage to the villa.

Is there a staff included with the villa?

Most of our properties include a villa cleaning (free) once a week with other cleanings scheduled at your expense. In certain villas in St. Lucia Barbados and Jamaica live in staff are available. Guest services will always be available 24/7 to you as well as members of our on island management team who can rectify any problem that arises.
